Just got back from Pittsburgh, but woke up at the hotel feeling great this morning, no aches or pain, iced my knees and right heel over night. Decided to do a BW Hotel room circuit, I mean I subscribe to so many trainer's newsletter and they always write about what to do in the hotel room, so put mine together, was very sweaty when done.

  1. 10 push ups
  2. 10 prisoner squat
  3. 10 spider man push ups
  4. 10/side forward lunges
  5. 10 push ups
  6. 10/side backward lunges'
  7. 10 spider man push ups
  8. 10/side side lunges
  9. 10 push ups
  10. 10/side side knee raise
  11. 10/side crossover knee raise
  12. 10/side bicycle
  13. 10 crunches
  14. 10/side side crunches
  15. 10 jumping jack
  16. 10/side high knee
  17. stretch

Backyard view around 6:30pm today, took the picture from the inside of the house since I didn't want to scare it off, it hung around for a good 15mins.

Today's workout was Barry's Bootcamp Total Body Body weight workout, this is a very challenging workout even though no weight is used, it starts out with 2 mins wall sit, how fun is that. :)

Couldn,t get in a workout this morning due to a water main break that happened at the building DH is currently working on, so we spent all morning troubleshooting over the phone.
After Christmas eve service at 9:30pm did a quick kettlebell/BW circuit,
Hand to hand KB - 50 reps 2x
Pushup - 10 reps 2x
Mountain Climber - 20 reps 2x
Military Press - 10 reps L/R 2x
KB Clean- 10 reps L/R 2x
Getup situps- 10 reps 2x
BW Squat - 20 reps 2x
Stretch
Use my 12 kg KB since that was the only one I packed.

Travelling to Hilton :
Head SC for the holiday, left yesterday since we had to go to VA first, spent the night in Hopewell, VA. Right now on I95S passing Newton Grove writing this on my blackberry while DH drives the first half, 5 hours still to go.
No workout yesterday since I was up till 4am packing and cleaningm
Today decided to skip the hotel gym since there was no weights just a bike and 2 Tmills on their last leg and did a bodyweight routine in the room.

Pushup 10
Ab crunch 10
Mountain Cimber 10
Get up situp 10
Hip Stretch L/R 10 second hold
Repeat 2X changing pushup to staggered.

BW Squat 10
Side lunges L/R 10
Wall sit 30 second hold
Lunges L/R 10
IT Band stretch 30 second
