Burn Intervals

Seem to be coming down with something, probably due to the up/down weather, 2 days now with no sunshine and barely above 50, the joys of living in Ohio.

After snoozing the alarm twice, I got up and did Chalean  Burn Interval, probably a perfect don't feel like working out workout, her energy is contagious, used 8 pounds weight, was able to get through everything probably since I just came of the Met-RX 180 training program.

I signed up to pace kids at the Cleveland Marathon 10k progran, which is funny since I said I was done with Cleveland but I guess I say that every year still end up going to it.
