A bit sluggish today but felt more energize once the workout started, got in ChaLean Push 2, this is great to go really heavy since it is only 8 reps but still keeping the weight on the shoulders light so as to keep good form even use the band for some of it. Got in a 40mins bike ride after Push, really help flush the lactic acid from last night out of the legs but boy was I sweaty mess when done.

Been sticking to drinking at least 1 gallon of water daily and I felt the difference in my body when I drank less yesterday, been doing great with the eating so far, I think drinking the water is helping with understanding the difference between thirst and hunger.
