My schedule really called for a 10k time trial yesterday and in my mind I just do not feel like running that fast unless it is in a race, I am finally just wrapping my mind around running below 10 for my long run, so I skipped my run yesterday. Woke up today missing running so got dress and just went for a run as part of the World Wide Festival of Races, I didn't run my 10k pace but I ran and had fun
