1 mile @ base pace 6.0mph
1.5 miles @ base pace 6.1mph
Cool down/Stretch

Just trying to recover/taper for the 5k race on Sunday

This is actually a peony, suppose to have bloom in early May but with the weather constantly changing hot/cold it is just blooming now.
