Today's workout was the 300 body weight workout by Alex Poole & Andrew Clark from www.thehardcoreworkout.com
Do 30 reps of the following:
Power Lunges
Inverted Row
Prisoner's Squat
Forward Lunges
Setups
Jumping Jacks
Pushups
Burpees
Side Lunges
Box Lunges
Then I added 1 min of jump roping and 5 pullups.
PM: Ab Stretch + stretch on my own.
