Couldn't sleep so working out early, this is from Ben Warstler, I couldn't find my gymboss so use this online timer from speedbagforum, started out with 1 min and 10 secs break so as to get to the next exercise safely

Switching to 30 secs for each exercise still with 10 secs break, no real breaks between rounds
