Got in 3 miles on the treadmill this morning, initial intention was to run along the ocean but it was cold and windy, was just mentally unprepared for it. Did the treadmill workout using Cardio Coach 2 revised, max speed for the last challenge was 7.4mph and I felt fine but still not 100% on the left leg knee/hip not really sure what else to do.
While sitting as a passenger during the 8 hour drive to SC, my left knee was hurting so bad but my right was fine, when driving my left was fine but my right started hurting. It was really hard getting a good siting positing, I was moving my leg in so many direction.
After the treadmill run, did a short intense weight circuit
Deep squat to shoulder Press 25# - 10 reps
Squat to High Pull 40#, 45, 50 - 10 reps each
Side Lunges - 45#, 50# - 10 reps each L/R
Chest Press on Stability Ball - 15# - 10 reps
Triceps (?) on stability Ball - 15# - 10 reps
Chest Press on Stability Ball - 15# - 10 reps
Push up on Stability Ball - 10 reps
Ab Pike on Stability Ball - 10 count hold
Ab Crunch on Stability Ball - 15 reps
Yoga/Stretch
My heart rate was extremely high when done, I had to take some really deep breath. :)
