Miles to Health

The weekend went great, stuck with water it was actually quite easy since it was so hot and I had lots of fruits and vegetable instead of the fried finger foods, the skin tight dress also helped. :)

Sunday: 30 mins of stepping before church and then after church went car hunting, ended up with a used 2004 Nissan Murano, I would have loved to go to a smaller car but with the constant change in weather between Akron and Solon, I just feel so much safer in an SUV.

This was a lot lower calorie than I will like and I also miss having fruit, am adding back the berries and yogurt for dinner. I am not eating the aspharagus because at $3.99-5.99/lb they just do not fit in the budget.
