Miles to Health

Today was a 9 miles run with a goal time of 1:34:22, I know I didn't make that but I had a fun workout none the less. At one cul-de-sac, I did 100 meter intervals, one end of the trail did fast runs and the other end did hill repeats, did each about 6x. Got back shower and went over to the Happy Day Visitor center to volunteer for Burning River which is a 100 mile Endurance race. Met a lot of new local runners and that was fun, all the runners came in strong and that was very nice to see.

Got back home around 10:45pm and did Yogamazing yoga for Bed.
