Day 2

Sorry Mike, Cheated today but I was still good considering, change was for dinner ate

BW3 Chicken Wings-5 wings, 1 serving




BW3 Medium Sauce, 1 tbsp




Sweet Corn, Fresh, 0.5 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) yields




Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)




White Rice, medium grain, 0.25 cup

so total for the day was

Calorie: 1301
Fat: 37
Carb: 171
Protein: 79

It was a conscious decision on my part to eat the wings , just knew I wasn't going to cook after getting home since I spend 4 hours after work school shopping with the boys but I kept the calorie content as close to the fish but knew I was getting more fat. Also, my total is probably lower for the day, since I had a hard time eating all my lunch.

Legs slightly better, not as much pain but twinges my my knees so icing them

Not sure about the Winter 50K yet, still a wait and see game.
