On the way to work today, noticed that the blue line for the Akron marathon has been repainted, I was happy and sad at the same time since there is a chance I may not run it but live goes on. Made a stop at Sam's club to finally pick up the fish and berries, also picked up more salad mix. Today was a good day, passed up on the free lasagna lunch at work, free samples at Sam's club and eating off my kid's plate.

Today's workout was AOL Bootcamp Aerobox with Michael Olajide, this was a workout I downloaded free last year but never did what a mistake, it was a really nice boxing routine and I am going to be seriously sore tomorrow, the workout alternate between punching and jump rope., finishing up with a good abs, calve and squat routine.
