Got up early to get my workout in since today was going to be a busy day, seeing chiro at 4:45pm and then senior parents meeting at the school for my oldest at 6:30pm

15 mins on the Reebok slide

AOL Beach Bootcamp with Jillian Michael

Circuit 1
Squat Swing 15#-15
Pushup - 10
Wide grip DB row 25# - 10
Plank up - 10

Circuit 2
Alternating lunge with shoulder press 10# - 20
Bench dip -20
Plank row 20#-10
Bicycle Crunch-20

Circuit 3
Deadlift with bicep curl 20#-10
Chest flye on ball 20# - 10
Bench Press on ball 12#-10
Crunches on ball - 10

Circuit 4
Side lunge with hammer curl 12#-10
Sumo squat with tricep extension 5#-10
Back Extension on ball with shoulder riase 3# - 10
Lying 1 leg hamstring curl on ball - 10/side

Suppose to do each circuit 3 times before going to next but due to time only did one pass through for each.
