Evening workout today did Itrain Tagteam 18 which is 25 min on the treadmill but I did this section on the stepper, 20 mins cycling, 10 mins core and 12 mins stretch, really nice workout.

Peanut butter (peter pan) No sugar added creamy, 2 tbsp
