Feeling much better today, most soreness seem to be in my left foot, although all the usual pain are still there but they really don't count. Did an easy kettlebell routine
10 1-hand swing L-R
10 1 hand clean L-R
10 1 -hand clean and military press L-R
10 1 hand bent over row L-R
5 Windmill L-R
10 2 hand swing
Also upper body routine with band
Recovery week with no running, spinning, jump rope or step climbing, will start training for the Buckeye HM and Akron HM next week
