Based on recommendation from my check in buddies at , I pulled out my Reebok slide and did Kim Alexis Slim Slide workout and also pulled out the sliding disc and did Mindy's Ultimate Buns and Legs, both workout really hit the right spot on my butt and leg. I am going to try to incorporate them more so as to use to strengthen the butt and leg. Now off to go get a hair cut.
