B2-Double KB clean 3x10 16Kg
C1- Side Bend 3x8 l/r 16kg
C2-Double Overhead Walk 3 rounds 16kg

Saw the Dr today he order an MRI, I went ahead an schedule it for Friday and scheduled a follow up with the Dr for Tuesday and the lady was wondering why the rush, they will call me after they review the MRI and I said No I need him to know I am seeing him on Tuesday so he can review the MRI even if he has to do it right before my appointment. I think I need to find a running Dr.
I got to the Dr's office early, since I had my running stuff in the car, I went ahead and change and got in a quick 2 mile run, I figure how he was going to be seeing me in all my pain, which he did by the time I was done pain was about a 7 but this time I felt better faster and now I am sitting down with a heating pad on it, for some reason the heat work much better than the cold. I will continue to get as much as I can in for the marathon, it is was it is on race day.
