Still Hurts

A1-Double KB Clean & Press 3x6 16kg/16/16
A2-Double Bent Over Row 3x6 16kg/16/16
B1-Double Suitcase Kickstand Lunges 3x8 l/r 16Kg/16/16
B2- Double KB Swing 3x10 15#/15 changed to double hand and use 20Kg
C1-Stability Ball Roll out 3x8
C2-Slow and Controlled Sit ups 3x10

My right knee shows no improvement whatsoever, I have an appointment with the doctor on Wednesday and if I am not happy with his diagnosis, I need to find someone else for a second opinion. The knee just seems to be getting worse even thou my hamstring is looser and feels much better, I have really kept up with the stretching, icing and everything else.

Pain level 8/10
