Woke up feeling great if I had a treadmill I would have ran but use the stepper instead for 33 mins after warming up with Maxwell Joint Mobility then Day three of Mahler's HFT which is a repeat of Tuesday's workout and I finished of with a bunch of pilates workout from Pilates on Fifth Podcast.
Went for the MRI today, actually quite relaxing despite the noise, will see the doctor on Tuesday and hopefully there is no major damage and it is still the IT band.
