I really miss having a treadmill at home, I am considering joining the gym again but I know it is still not going to be the same thing, I can't watch the movie that I want or for that matter even change the channel without asking one of the people there and it is not open at 4:30am when I normally workout, so far I am looking at Sole and Nordic track hoping to keep it under $1500, I checked out the Nordic at Sears today and will go to Dick's tomorrow to look at the sole.
Was able to get in 7 miles today before my knee started hurting real bad so called it a day was scheduled to do 16, so depending on how my knee feels tomorrow I may do a run. My goal right now is to run as long as my knee will let me and it is what it is on race day for the marathon I have 8 hours to finish since they allow walkers so I just need to be able to keep moving. Am sure my neighbors think am crazy since I started the run in the rain, I waited all day for the rain to stop and it was off and on all day so I decided to just go for it, finished off with Yoga for Triatheletes from yogamzing.com
