Miles to Health

Tuesday, April 15, 2008

Took the day off work today, did Maxwell Joint Mobility and Mahler's Intermediate in the am. I am really liking the HFT program and I am amaze that I am able to clean a double 16kg considering this time last year, I was struggling with a single 12kg.
At about 1:30pm when over to the Chagrin Valley Reservation and did the SC1 look which is really an horse trail so it is very well maintain and did 10.53 miles, my knee hurt really bad by mile 5 so I worked the rest, I see the Dr tomorrow to review the MRI and see what he thinks.
I found out I won a shirt from Coach Al of Runner-Core.com today, I love the fix the hips, fix the knee workout, I just do those without even counting them as a workout, the strength program is on schedule for May since it is more runner specific, I know I can do it without fear of overdoing right to Marathon day.
My girlfriend also found out today that the lymph nodes removed from her breast are not cancerous so it was a very good day all round.
