Felt much better this morning, pain was about a 1, did Joint Mobility, Mahler's HFT Intermediate day 4 and Winsor Pilates Band workout. Iced the knee but I am noticing that I have a significant amount of pain in my left button does hurt when running just when seating.
Went to my son's school budget been and was able to get a tunturi ab wheel, band and 4 VHS for $3, I really don't care for the VHS but wanted a ab wheel and wasn't willing to pay $9.99 for them since I normally see them at yard sales for $1. The Ab wheel is really nice the handles are nicely cushion.
I headed out around 7pm and got in my scheduled 7 miles, pain was about a 4/100 so much better compare to Tuesday's run, got back in and did Runner-Core Recovery/cooldown and Fix the hip, Fix the Knee workout and currently I have it sitting on ice.
