Decided to take it easy today since I decided to run the 20 mile trail run with the group tomorrow, have 18 on the schedule but 20 on trail should be better for my knee than the 18 on the road and at least I will have company. I also could have run with my training group where aid will be provided but I have a feeling after looking at the direction that I will get lost since I will be by myself everybody is really fast and I just did not feel like running on the road. So the trail race start at 7:45am and I am schedule to pick up my husband from the airport at 6pm, hopefully he doesn't change his flight.
Today did Mahler's HFT Intermediate day 5, did one round of each, except for the ab wheel and the over head walk with double 16kg where I did 3 round, I then did 1x10 rounds of chest, triceps and biceps using the resistance tube I got yesteday anchored to the door.
