Miles to Health

Did the Boston Store to Oak Grove trail run with Barb, Don, Kurt and Pat yesterday, I was really concern I wasn't going to be able to keep up since I know they are all pretty fast runner, but they were all great and kept there pace moderate enough for me to keep up and not fade out.
Kurt was double checking the distance in preparation for the Burning River 100, we met up with Bill and Pierce about 6 miles into the run the run and they turned around and came with us, lost Don and Pierce at mile 7, Don was only planning on doing 15 miles total, we lost Bill and Barb at Oak Grove, so for the trip back it was only Kurt, Pat and myself. it was really tempting to go back with Don and call it done at 15, but accessing my body nothing really hurt and I was mentally fine and still doing good for time but after Barb left I was really concern because Pat is really fast and just seem to fly through the woods, but things worked out pretty good, Kurt had to stop a couple of times to take pictures and that in most cases kept me in the middle or gave me a chance to catch up with them but they were great that they kept me in sight through out the run. I lost my water bottle , 3 miles still to go, it was really quite weird, I had one of those Nathan back pack holder and it seems my bottle basically flew out and after double backing for about 200 meters, I said forget it but luckily another runner found it and brought it out so I was able to go back for it where he left it.
All in all a great trail run, I can see significant improvement if I can hang with fast group, endurance wise I was fine, my leg held up great only a slight twinge in my knee, had some pain in my hips, half way back so I took some pain killer. Got back home soak in the tub, took a nap and then went to get my husband from the airport. Total miles was about 19.

Today, no pain in knee, pain in right quad and shin, did yoga for legs this morning and planning on maybe doing an extended yoga workout later.
Later did IT band Express, Core and More, Wall Stretches from Sage Yoga podcast, which she will do some podcast
