Got into bed early as promised and had a realy good night sleep, got up when the alarm went off with a little struggle but got up none the less, felt great, took 14g of Labrada Super Charge for preworkout drink and was ready to go. Did 5.5 miles, 30 mins IClimb on the Stepper and Josh Hillis WK3 Wrk 2 4 rounds-
15-KB Swing 16Kg
10-Renegade Row 15#DB for round 3 use 16kg KB

I really hope I am over the daylight saving time funk.
