Yoga Chi Flow

Needs to work on my flexibility, my right hamstring is very tight and seems to be getting tighter. So the goal will be to do 3-30 mins yoga or pilates a week, Yogamazing has a lot of good ones I can use and I also have a couple of Baptiste and Yee DVDs.
Today did Yoga Chi Flow from Yogamazing.

This week I will also be starting the Real Fast Fat Loss by Alwyn Cosgrove and Chad Waterbury over at t-nation.com (they have a lot of wonderful workout programs but also explicit pictures which is why I am not linking to it), this is a very well put together program basically you are lifting on a light, medium and heavy cycle and hitting every muscle, this will be my second time around with this program.

So for February, the goals are

1) 3-30 mins yoga/pilates a week (12 total)
2) 3 strength training per week (MWF) using the RFFL program
3) Run 122 miles based on program designed by Vertical Runner Coach.
