RFFL A + Twist & Flow

The plan was to do a 4 mile run+ RFFL A 5x5 and then a quick yoga, well, the treadmill shutoff when I moved in from 3mph to 5mph, before it doesn't cut off till it is about 7mph or 8mph, so cutting off at 5mph was a surprise, so I decided to forgo running and do the strength + yoga. Only got strength in this morning and since my son's bass class was moved to today I didn't get a chance to do a quick evening run outside. I stopped by at Dick's Sporting Goods and got the treadmill lube oil and cleaner since this mill is over years old and it has never been lubed and I am putting some pretty good miles on it. Treadmill is cleaned and lubed so we will see what happens tomorrow, so I move the 4 mile run to Wednesday since I have no scheduled run then.

RFFL A 5x5
DB Romanian Deadlift (RDL) to Snatch Lunge 12# (need to move up to 15#)
Decline Pushup to Jack-knife on stability Ball
Bent Over Row to Back Extension 40# (need to move up t0 44#)
Forward Lunge with Shoulder Press 12#

Jump squats/Squats/Squat hold 20/20/20sec x2

Tabata Bike Sprint 20sec fast/10 sec slow x8 2 mins easy cycle repeat.

This evening I did Twist & Flow from Yogamazing
