Miles to Health

Well had a little bit of problem with the treadmill this morning, but I was able to adjust the belt and it seems to work fine, so may be I can keep it running for a little bit longer with morning lubrication and cleaning. Did 5 miles, started out slow since I wasn't sure what the treadmill was going to do, my quads always hurt whenever it stops all of a sudden. I practice doing 5/5/5/ which is 5% incline at 5mph for 5 miles, this is a scale down version of what Davy Crockett does for his training found out about this from Mike. Well, today wasn't a good day for this because I only manage 400 meters and was dying so the plan will be to try it every week my schedule calls for 5 miles, with the hope that we show some improvement.
