RFFL B + 2 miles

Yesterday was RFFL B (4x10) + 2 miles run, I was planning on doing 4 miles but ran out of time then planned on doing 3miles in te evening but forgot my son had concert band. So we got home in time to have him change, got a quick bite to eat and got to band, didn't get bach till 8:45pm so that was that.

Squat Jump to Chin with Knee Tuck

Prone Plank - 30 sec.
Reverse Cruches - 30 sec.
Swiss Ball Crunches - 30 sec.

3 mins kettlebell Swing 24#
