Met with Stacey my PT today at 7:30am, first i love the fact that she is a runner and so was able to understand a lot more about what I was talking about. She did a thorough check of both legs, I have good strength just seems to have lost quite a bit of flexibility, so the goal is to do some specific stretches at least 5 days a week-2x.
Today 5 mile run, 2 mile in the am and 3 in the PM + Strendurance flexibility + the specific stretches.
