Miles to Health

Yesterday did a variety easy KB workout just to give my legs a break my right knee hurt really bad Thursday. Went to the Doctor to check out the right knee, everything is fine, no stress fracture after doing knee and ankle x-ray, just some inflammation, so I got an overpriced shoe insert, prescription for nasoprn (?) and have to see a physical therapist on Monday.

Today is a very beautiful day, well any day there is sunshine in Ohio regardless of the temperature is a beautiful day, did 10 miles outside and for the first time I felt no need for a walk break, I kept my pace within 11-12min/mile but worked on controlling my HR to be around 140bpm. Fastest mile was 10:37 and the slowest was 11:57 , average heart rate was 148.

When i got back from my run 2 new DVDs that i just got Iron Girl Strendurance and Strendurance were waiting so I went ahead and did Iron girl strendurance, feel really good now to ice my knee and take a nap.
