I din't start logging on Buckeye Outdoors until May or so of last year so I am going to have to go through my paper journal to see how many miles I did last year but I didn't seriously start running until after my burthday in June.

Race: First 50K
Goal was keep a base of at least 20 miles for each week, unless sick or injured. Strength and Flexibility is no less than 2 a week of each.
So met the goal for Strength and running but need to work on flexibility.
