Decided to sleep in this morning and do my workout in the evening instead, so after work since the weather was very nice, I mean, 62 degrees in Ohio in November, I went for a bike ride with my son to warm up then I did a strength workout and a band workout from Prevention Magazine and then finish up with Flexibility workout from Pilates Magazine.
Yesterday was 20 mins stepper and 20 mins Spinning using Itread.
