A New Week

Well for some reason I went on an eating binge on Saturday.. Popcorn, Doritos and ice cream. Sunday was a rest day and I did good by keeping the food in control and drinking lots of water to combat all the salt effect.

Started week 2 of Summer Project 4x6-55 minutes rest

D2-DB External Rotation 10/10/10/10

Today was a much better eating day, avoided the free food at work and I have been drinking water since I got back so has not to nibble too much.
