Itread Walk Interval & Itread 21

Today was a very nice 6 mile run using Itread walk interval (this is really very good) and Itread 21 which was also a nice interval in a different way basically you are increasing you speed by 0.1 -0.2 in 10 mins

In the evening went to the gym after dropping off the kids at band practice and church youth group did

20 mins on the arc trainer 80 sec walk (setting at 52) 40 sec run (setting at 25) then
walk swim 30-25 yards, since I am still earning to swim.
