Still have some pain in the bony part below my knee but not my knee, so not sure what is going on, will ice again today. It doesn't hurt to bend or walk just when I get up from sitting, no running today but will do an easy 4 miles tomorrow and some yoga. No more long runs until after my first HM, th egoal for the first is just to finish.
