Got in the last workout on the week 2 DVD before tackling the 11hours drive back home. Left leg not really happy with the drive for some reason, so icing once I got back home have a trail tempo schedule for tomorrow not sure if I am going to make it combination on knee pain and excess snow in driveway.
Need to work on training plan and race schedule for 2013, just so much I want to do but need to be mindful of my body and honor it.
