Saucony Fred Doyle Treadmill Core+ Workout

With another unexpected day on the treadmill decided to trial out one of the workout I recently printed out compliments of Saucony. Core +
10 mins run (to make it easier on myself I did 1 mile run, since Garmin will beep)

Lunges using 10# dumbell 3x10 on each side
Pushups 3x10
Plank leg lifts 3x10 each side
Arm curls/Running Arm Swing 3x10 each side

10 mins run (to make it easier on myself I did 1 mile run, since Garmin will beep)


Situps 3x10
Mountain Climber 3x20
Plank 30sec hold 2x
Pullups 3x5

1 mile run

Burpees 3x10
Tricep Extension 22#bodybar - 3x10
One legged hop 3x10 each leg
Jumping Jacks 3x20

1 mile run

Knee tucks 3x10
Bicycle Crunches 3x20
Jump rope 100
Arm Curls 12# dumbell 3x10

I added this to get to 6 miles

1 mile run

1 arm swing 3x10 each side 12kg kettlebell
barbell row 40# - 3x10
Shoulder Press 12# 3x10
Chest Press 40# 3x10

1.2 miles run to finish

This was a great workout, was a sweaty mess when done, absolutely love it can't wait to try out the rest.

The benefit is a total lower-body core workout, using all of your leg muscles while simultaneously using your arms, the elliptical motion benefits your upper body as well.
