Week 19

Starting week 19 today and I guess that means my marathon is fast approaching, I woke thinking I had 9 miles on tap but was happy to see 8, I had no problem doing the 8 miler and was quite happy that I had a good recovery from the leg work I did yesterday since it was tacked on top of the trail run which I haven't done in a while. 8 miles - 10:29 pace, then I tack on Barry's Bootcamp Upper Body Beginners - 12 mins

I found some running Capri and shorts at an outlet store yesterday, I tried out the short for my run this morning and it was great, the clothes are made by Canterbury of New Zealand and this are the ionx base layer.
