Today's workout was the 300 body weight workout by Alex Poole & Andrew Clark

Do 30 reps of the following:
Power Lunges
Inverted Row
Prisoner's Squat
Forward Lunges
Setups
Jumping Jacks
Pushups
Burpees
Side Lunges
24" Box Jump

Then I added on

10 1 legged box jump
7 chin ups (failure)
10 count chin up hold
20-12kg kettlebell 1 handed swing
