With the 3 weeks break from running for more healing, I have been working on strength and flexibility. Mainly been using the Original Barry's Bootcamp DVDs which has a short cardio and strength, I modify the cardio section to minimize impact on hip and leg, and I am also not doing the leg strength segment for now will probably start them in 2 weeks without weights. Hope will be to go back to running in SC when we are there on vacation, that will just be too good to pass up weather wise.

10 KB Swing L/R 12kg + 1 burpee
10 KB Swing L/R 12kg + 2 burpees
10 KB Swing L/R 12kg + 3 burpees
10 KB Swing hand to hand 16kg + 4 burpees
10 KB Swing hand to hand 16kg + 5 burpees
10 KB Swing hand to hand 16kg + 6 burpees
10 KB Swing hand to hand 16kg + 7 burpees
10 KB Swing hand to hand 20kg + 8 burpees
10 KB Swing hand to hand 20kg + 9 burpees
10 KB Swing Double handed 20kg + 10 burpees
