ICycle 14 - 30 on the spin bike
IClimb 3 - 40 mins on the stepper
Walk/jog 2 - 40 mins with Jeff Galloway from Podfitness
Core routine and stretch from Kathy Smith Ultimate Sculpt Matrix DVD- 20 mins
Foam roll, massage stick and ice - priceless
