IClimb 45 mins which ended up being about 4600 steps at least according to the little counter, no problem with the knee, did so ab circuit using the med ball for about 10 mins then added on 5x10 cleans L/R using a 16KG kettlebell, I think I can move up to the 24Kg , I will probbaly try 10x5 with them.
I will love to do the April FA on Sunday, I can do the 25K and just walk it, I will see how my knee feels on Saturday then decide. I am volunteering at a 5K race on Saturday so that should be fun, I love volunteering at races it's just nice to always see people reach there goal especially if this is there first race, the joy on there face when they finish is priceless.
