Decline Pushup to Jack-knife on stability Ball
Bent Over Row to Back Extension 40#
Forward Lunge with Shoulder Press 10#

Jump squats/Squats/Squat hold 20/20/20sec x2

Tabata Bike Sprint 20sec fast/10 sec slow x8 2 mins easy cycle repeat.

This is probably the set/rep I hate the most, more mental fatigue than anything else.
