Saturday was 7 miles on the treadmill, was suppose to do 12 but got in 7 before the trip to Indianapolis, took Sunday completely off since I was so stiff from siting 5 hours after running on Saturday and we were making the trip back home Sunday.
Monday did AOS Providence, went lighter in weights on some of the KB workout so I can get 2 sets in and also to change things up a little, then I added some abs exercise to finish things up.
In the evening I added Awesome Abs on the ball, I am enjoying the change in my body but there are still lots of rolls/love handle on the abs so I will be trying to add more abs workout and also tightening up on the food.
