6 mins circuit, did everything through one time rest 1 mins te repeat 3x
Super 7 Eleasticity - This is an awesome workout on Sportskool to improve flexibility.

5 days till Stomp the Grapes, I need to review the course online and print out on mapqust hao to get there. I never even knew ther was a place Navarre, OH
