Week 3 of Summer Project

100 Reps of the following with an 80 seconds rest

Body weight Squat
Standing DB Press
KB Deadlift
Seated Cable Row

Since I was still fine I added 2 mile run on the treadmill and did flexibility workout from Runner's world magazine.

I put together my running schedule for the next 2 races using the Smart Coach at Runnersworld.com. I know I can do this just one day at a time.
