Comfort Zone

Sometimes you just have to move outside your comfort zone to make things happen, this year I am trying my very best to move outside my cz, so far this year I have worked on joining other running group instead of my usual not worrying anymore about being too slow, tried Bikram yoga without having to drag a friend along and find out that I really like it, also I have been applying for fitness/sport/running contest instead of telling myself am not good enough yet.

I realized one big thing when I did that 100k, I am alot better than I give myself credit for and here is to living/challenging my cz.
