Had to get to work early today since I was running a charge in the Pilot plant so no morning strength workout, got back home and did Kathy Smith total body lift that I picked up from the library, did the warmup, upper body and tummy lift. It was surprisingly hard considering I was only using 3# weights, I am really trying not to work my legs at all on non running days so I can truly give them a rest.
