Barry's Bootcamp Arms & Abs today, nice burn for the upper body while doing this workout I was wondering if it was a good idea doing it today since I am always extremely sore the next day after this workout in my biceps, triceps and abs but will see how it goes for the race tomorrow.
My lower body feels much better no unusual aches or pain so quite happy about that.
